About

Run by a prosthodontist

NexDent Prosthetics is a dental laboratory in Masab Tank, Hyderabad, supplying crown and bridge, implant prosthetics and removable work to clinics across the city.

Who checks your case

The lab is led by Dr Sami Ahmed, MDS in Prosthodontics and Implantology, a life member of the Indian Prosthodontic Society. He checks every case himself before it is packed. That is the whole reason this lab exists, and it is the one thing a larger lab cannot copy at volume.

Telangana State Dental Council registration A-4904

Published work

He is first author on a peer reviewed study of how connector design affects the flexural strength of zirconia, published in the Journal of Indian Prosthodontic Society and indexed on PubMed. On a long span bridge the connector is usually what fails, not the crown, so it is a useful thing for the person checking your bridge to have studied.

How your case travels

You take the impression and tell us. Our own team collects from your clinic, 9am to 9pm, as many rounds as you need. Work on an impression should start the same day, not tomorrow morning. The finished case comes back the same way, with the warranty card in the box.

Intraoral scanning is available on request for selected clinics. Our technician brings the scanner to you.
