Warranty
Every restoration carries a written warranty
Not a slogan on a brochure. A card in the box with the case, and a period you can quote to your patient.
The periods
The warranty is tiered by what the restoration is made of. We publish the periods because a dentist should be able to tell a patient how long the work is backed for, without ringing the lab to ask.

How it works
- Every case leaves the lab with a warranty card in the box.
- The card covers physical damage to the restoration.
- The clinic claims by showing us the card.
- The card is the governing document. Keep it with the patient record.
Why we put this in writing
A lab that will not name a period is asking you to trust a promise with no shape to it. Naming the period is how we make the promise checkable, and it is the same reason we publish the material each tier is cut from rather than saying "premium imported".
What the tiers are made of
- Infinity-Zir is milled from Cercon zirconia made by Dentsply Sirona in Germany.
- Standard zirconia is milled monolithic or cutback and layered in Ivoclar ceramic.
