What you get

Complete dentures and partial acrylic work, tried in and finished by hand. Acrylic is one of the things this lab does in house every day, and it is checked by a prosthodontist like everything else that leaves here.

What we need from you

• A border moulded final impression, extensions recorded fully.
• A jaw relation record you are happy with, and the vertical dimension marked.
• Shade and mould for the teeth, and any note on the patient's previous denture.
• The old prosthesis if there is one. It tells us more about what the patient will accept than any note can.

Techniques we offer

• Neutral zone. For a lower complete denture where retention has been the problem, we can set up to the neutral zone. Send us a neutral zone record and we will build to it. Our prosthodontist has taken Dr Joseph Massad’s course on the technique.
• Attachment retained partials. On request, where a clasp would show on an anterior abutment or the case needs more retention than a clasp will give. Tell us the attachment system you want to use.
